ACCOUNTANT/SOFTWARE SUPPORT
Ambitious, detail-oriented accountant needed to provide front line telephone support for accounting software in a call center environment. You will be working for an exciting, leading edge accounting software company celebrating their 30th year in business and selected as a top 25 employer in the Cedar Valley for the last 3 years. Responsibilities include answering support calls, replicating and resolving customer’s accounting issues. A good working knowledge of accounting and/or accounting software is ideal.
Requirements:
•Accounting Degree (AA or BS) or 3+ years accounting experience.
•Ability to analyze simple to complex customer support questions received over the phone, email, or fax.
•Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication skills (both written and verbal)
•PC (specifically Windows) skills and computerized accounting systems

Searching for Accountant with 4-year degree or equivalent experience. Responsibilities include preparation of financial statements, taxes (state, federal, payroll), 401(k). Must be proficient with Excel and use of Internet, plus familiar with Word. Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, able to read and comprehend instructions. GRAPHIC DESIGNER
We are seeking an entry-level graphic designer with 1 – 2 years experience. Need experience with Photoshop and various Adobe products, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), Expressions Design & CorelDraw. Benefits include insurances, Paid Time Off and 401K.
