A brief summary of our Benefits displays below. ASI Computer Systems is proud to offer a benefits package very competitive with those of larger companies.

PTO (PAID TIME OFF): HOLIDAYS:
Based on years of service 8 paid days per year
MEDICAL INSURANCE:
Effective the 1st of the month following 1 month of employment PPO Plan: 90/10 or 80/20 plan. Dependent coverage is available at cost to employee.
DENTAL INSURANCE:
Coverage through Delta Dental. Company pays premium costs for employee. Dependent coverage is available at cost to employee.
LIFE INSURANCE:
Company provides a life insurance policy at no cost to employees.
CAFETERIA PLAN:
Allows for pre-tax deduction for qualifying expenses, including insurance premiums, child care, deductibles for medical, dental and vision expenses not covered by insurance.
TUITION ASSISTANCE:
Regular full-time employees are eligible for tuition costs for job related workshops, seminars, degree and certificate programs upon approval from management. Reimbursement is based on grades received.
401K PLAN:
Upon qualification for the 401K plan, ASICS contributes a percentage of employee's base pay. Employees may also contribute within legal limits.
