We are very excited to share new features that have been added to ASI SmartBooks, with the release of version 3.7.5. This will be coming soon.

Here are some of the highlights:

  • Invoiced Products List now has an optional column added to show the customer paid date.

  • Order Tracking and Order Products now have an optional column added for Vendor Phone and Email.

  • Audit Trail now has an optional column added for Product Code and Product Description based on the product resource.

Taking advantage of what ProfitMaker has to offer for customer service and follow up will help you service your customer quickly and effectively. The end result will be you will look more professional to your customer!

Activity Manager

Activity Manager allows you to schedule and manage daily activities, including phone calls, emails, faxes and letters. Add an activity and send to your Outlook Calendar or create as an Outlook Task in one single click. Managers will be able to assign activities or employees and monitor the progress.

Activities can also be associated with Customers, Vendors or Orders. This allows staff to create a tickler file for customer relations, orders and vendor purchase management.

This is a module of its own but it can also be accessed within the following options:

  • Order Entry - Displays activities for order currently being displayed.

  • Order Tracking - Displays activities for order currently being displayed.

  • Order History - Displays activities for order currently being displayed.

  • Customer Master - Displays activities for customer currently being displayed.

  • Vendor Master - Displays activities for vendor currently being displayed.

  • Cash Receipts - Displays activities for customer currently being displayed.

  • Inventory Purchase Order Entry - Displays activities for vendor currently being displayed.

  • Inventory Purchasing Agent - Displays activities for vendor currently being displayed.

  • Vouching - Displays activities for vendor currently being displayed.

  • Vouch & Bill - Displays activities for vendor currently being displayed.
