Streamline Month-End

Streamline and schedule automatic Month-End Reports and clearing functions.  Close your month while you are home sleeping.
This new screen and functions can really save you time every month.  Now you can select which reports and clearing functions to run at month-end and have them done automatically at that time or later that day/night.  Reports are created, organized, and stored so you can spend more time using reports than creating them.

Payments with Credit Cards

The Payments with Credit Cards function has been updated to work like Checkwriting.  Create the open payable to your Credit Card Vendor and remove the regular vendor "open" invoices that you paid by credit card, all in one step.

Automated Alerts

Set up alerts for key events in ProfitMaker to put important information in the hands of the people that need to make decisions when they need it.

You can use the powerful built-in alerts or create your own to make sure you are notified of important events when they happen.  Alerts can be emailed to one or more people to make sure prompt action is taken when it's needed. Several built-in alerts such as:
  • Daily system reports
  • Order follow-up
  • Vendor payments required
  • Orders due to ship
  • Reorder notices
  • and much, much more...

Vendor & Item Document Folders

Vendor and Item maintenance allow you to store files/documents for each vendor or item.  This may include graphic files, scanned documents, etc.  The vendor’s or item’s document folder may also be viewed/accessed within the Order Entry Graphics Tab.
