ASI Computer Systems announces a major new upgrade to ProfitMaker with the release of Version 9.0! Included are many new features and enhancements we are excited to share with you.
These include a new, modern look for the system, ESP Online integration, Business Intelligence reports, improvements to the activity manager, additional general ledger drill down capabilities, and several other minor system enhancements and fixes.
New Look!
This update includes a new, stylish look for ProfitMaker.
Every application window has been changed to reflect a new, modern look, without removing any of the functionality to which you've become accustomed.
Everything from action buttons, lists, tabs and toolbars have been modified to reflect the new style.
ESP Online Integration
ProfitMaker fully integrates with ESP Online to streamline order flow and to provide an electronic link between distributors and suppliers, reducing errors and time spent on follow-up.
The new time-saving features give distributors who have ProfitMaker easy access to ESP Online product images and pricing information. Plus, distributors can import this information directly into ProfitMaker's Order Entry and Quote Designer applications.
Business Intelligence (BI) Reports
Analyze current and past order history data with new graphical business reports that use Microsoft Office Excel 2007 to generate key performance reports, including graphing capabilities. These reports provide managers and owners with new tools to gauge their business’s current and past performance.
Several key indicators are analyzed including:
- Comparative analysis of orders being processed for any given time frame.
- Customer and Vendor performance, in relation to the number of days it takes to process an order, based on key milestone events.
- Salesperson performance and impact on your business. Identifying top performers by number of orders processed, order volume, gross profit and gross margins are just some of the key indicators analyzed.
ProfitMaker Pipeline
The ProfitMaker Pipeline electronically connects Suppliers and Distributors who have ProfitMaker! Distributors who have ProfitMaker can automatically send their Purchase Orders to Suppliers who have ProfitMaker. Suppliers can then acknowledge receiving the orders and automatically inform Distributors when orders are being processed.
The Pipeline will improve accuracy, reduce order processing time, and provide a record of accountability to both Suppliers and Distributors. When Distributors enter a line item’s details in ProfitMaker, they can be sure that exactly the same information will show up in their Suppliers system, significantly reducing error rates. By sending the data electronically, data entry errors are removed, allowing Suppliers to provide better service to Distributors.
