ASI SmartBooks Service Pack

If you depend on ASI SmartBooks to run your business, then the new ASI SmartBooks update will help you to continue to compete in the future. Below is a list of just some of the enhancements provided through the latest ASI SmartBooks update.

Speed improvements - We continue to make improvements in the efficiency of the software. Included in this Service Pack are changes to the look-ups to better handle inactive and closed records.

ASI SmartSales Integration - You can now export ASI SmartBooks customer information to ASI SmartSales and update ASI SmartBooks using information from ASI SmartSales.

Refresh Reminder - Attempting to make multiple adjustments to a transaction from a list will now result in a message indicating that the list must be refreshed before an additional adjustment can be made to the same transaction. It was found that information showing on the list did not reflect adjustments already made while the list was still open.

Bank Reconciliation - Several changes have been made to the Bank Reconciliation so that transactions marked cleared and then unmarked will now remain available for future bank reconciliation processing. Deposits will now show the deposit date and not the date the deposit was entered into the software.

Order Products List - The order products list has been changed so that totals can be added to the list for the optional Ordered/Invoiced Total Cost and Ordered/Invoiced Total Price columns.

ASI SmartBooks is continuing its agressive monthly update pace. Expect more enhancements and improvements for each month of 2012!
