Customer service is an integral part of the ProfitShield Assurance program. All Software support team members go through extensive training before they have contact with our valued customers. Support team members also have a variety of related experiences before they joined ASI Computer Systems. Together, software support team members have over 100 years of experience to help you and your business. This month we will introduce each of our software support professionals. A short bio will allow you to put a picture with the voice to talk to on the phone. It will also give you an idea of the experience and interests of your favorite software support professional.

Andrew has been with ASI Computer Systems for 5 years. He has a bachelor's degree in accounting and an M.B.A. in organizational management from Upper Iowa University. Andrew's hobbies include road racing with his sports car and working out in the gym.

Angie has been with ASI Computer Systems for 11 years. She has a bachelor's degree in accounting with a minor in psychology from Upper Iowa University. Angie enjoys spending time with family and friends, and playing on the computer.

Butch has been with ASI Computer Systems for 22 years. He has a diploma for information processing from the American Institute of Commerce. Butch is part of a stock car racing team and drives demolition derby cars. He also volunteers for Cub Scouts and plays Santa Claus for kids of all ages.

Cynthia, affectionately known as "CJ", has been with ASI Computer Systems for 13 years. She has an associate’s degree in accounting, and has been working in the field for 19 years. CJ loves to do hand embroidery to make special occasion quilts.

Fonda has been with ASI Computer Systems for 11 years. She has an accounting degree from Hawkeye Community College. Fonda enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Jenifer has been with ASI Computer Systems for 17 years. She has accounting and computer experience prior to joining ASI Computer Systems. Jenifer’s hobbies include reading, crocheting, boating and fishing.

Lisa has been with ASI Computer Systems for 17 years. She has 15 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment prior to joining ASI Computer Systems. Lisa’s hobbies outside of the office include photography, reading and crafts of all sorts.

Lynn has been with ASI Computer Systems for 4 years. She has an associate’s degree in information technology. Lynn’s hobbies include spending time with her family and shopping.

Teri has been with ASI Computer Systems for over 30 years. She has had the pleasure of meeting and working with many of our customers. Teri enjoys spending time with family and friends, and golfing.
