The List Tool
There are lots of lists that advertising specialty people use every day; lists of customers, lists of vendors, of orders, of products, payments, and receipts just to name a few.
Which customers am I working with now?
How many orders have graphics due today?
Which bills did I pay?
Which receipts have not yet been deposited?
With each of these lists, we need to search, sort, filter, select, view and group them.

Our approach to helping you with lists inside ASI SmartBooks was to build a universal tool that provides the power you need in an easy to understand way. Basically we put a "Google-like" search capability on top of a spreadsheet tool. Then we tied that spreadsheet tool to your databases.
While ASI SmartBooks provides hundreds of the most commonly used reports "out-of-the-box", you can easily create your own and save them for later use.
