Do you interface with our UPS computer in the shipping dept?
Yes. The shipping information from the order interfaces with your shipping manifest system. After the package ships, the package detail information come back to your ProfitMaker system to populate the appropriate fields during Billing.

Can it handle component level inventory?
Multiple levels of components can be set up and tracked within a Bill of Materials for a specific item. Components can be physical goods or logical processes (labor steps).

Does the system administer production scheduling?
Yes. Based on the components within a Bill of Material for an item, Production Scheduling reports can be run.

Can it track an order through my plant, through each department?
ProfitPro allows for Order Tracking and Order Routing. You can even utilize a printed bar-code on the work order to scan the order into and out of each department. The Routing function greatly helps your Customer Service team as they can see exactly where and order is in your process and can answer customer questions accordingly.

We need to credit check every order, can you do that?
Yes. ProfitPro allows you to set default credit and past-due limit checking on each order.

We would love to have a thumbnail of the artwork on the order. Can the system print that?
Yes. If you have an image saved on your system, you can select it to print on your work-order and on the customer acknowledgement.

Can I provide my distributors an acknowledgment?
Yes. One of the plys that prints with the Order form is a Customer Acknowledgement form.
