Advanced Features designed for the Promotional Products Industry

- Easily handles multiple vendors on an order (same order number) and no other system handles this type of order as quickly and efficiently. True order cost analysis can be performed at any time in the order cycle.
- Benefit from a detailed order costing report providing exact analysis of all costs against any order.
- The industry cost code table is built into the software. Each line item of order entry will calculate and extend the cost based on the associated cost code percentage purchased at the catalog price.
- Allows for unlimited description to be input and printed below each line item on the order. This provides for the essential verbiage that promotional product orders require.
- ASICS developed the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) network for the industry, which allows you to send orders electronically into the suppliers' computer so they do not have to re-input. The supplier in turn sends back acknowledgments and invoices directly to your computer. Order artwork can also be attached to the EDI transmission.
- A customer service window is available which allows you to enter other areas on the system, i.e., receivables, order entry, etc., then immediately return to the program area in which you were working.
- Handles multiple access paths allowing you to look up a customer by number, company name, contact name, zip code or invoice number.
- We have exclusive rights to interface to the ESP product research system that includes the uploading of special prices to the vendor notepad display.

Fully integrated and comprehensive

- An unmatched order history file is stored that includes every line item and field on an order. Great for repeat orders and essential sales analysis capabilities. Unlike most systems that provide sales history based on summaries or groups (such as wearables in total), ProfitMaker provides reports down to the catalog number, description or any other piece of data on past orders.
- System includes a very flexible letter writing program that allows you to generate letters and mailings directly through the system. Sort by various codes (salesperson, dates, dollars, etc.) to pull the name, address and salutation to print on your letterhead.
- A Company Management report allows owners to see key data about your company and compares the current period with last month, last year or any other period.
- Allows faxing directly from the computer to include purchase orders, acknowledgments, invoices, statements and quotes.
- Provides three year analysis of number of orders and sales volume for each month and quarter and is available by salesperson and company total.
- ProfitMaker is a 32 bit Windows based application. It utilizes dBase data files that are FoxPro compliant. This allows you to export data to other applications (spreadsheets, mail merge, etc). We also make available a report-generating package that allows you to create your own personal custom reports from the data held in the system.
- Unlimited notepads are available for customer, vendor, order and invoice records. These notes are automatically stamped with date, time and operator initials upon input.
