The Fulfillment package primary feature is inventory and program catalog management while maintaining the features of the ASICS distributor package. The focus is based on repeat sales of program catalog items from stock or drop shipped from an outside vendor with emphasis on recording sales, quantity shipped and purchased cost of inventory items.
Order Processing and Reporting ability by program catalog is one of the main focal features. The processing of Fulfillment Orders includes the ability to ship direct from inventory or drop ship the goods from an outside vendor. Both House and Customer owned inventory processes are supported through order entry processes, reporting and general ledger accounting. Other unique features of Fulfillment include the ability to enter credit card information on the order, create consolidated invoicing, multiple ship-to addresses and real time inventory tracking. Sales / Activity reporting can be done by item, program catalog, customer, ship to, and geographically by regions.
Inventory reporting and analysis is significantly enhanced as compared to the standard inventory reporting features offered in ProfitMaker. Both First-In First-Out (FIFO) and Last-In First-Out (LIFO) cost accounting is supported in Fulfillment. Analysis of standard cost, actual cost and costing trends are available by item, program catalog, product codes and several other selections. Other reports provide information regarding inventory movements such as sales, returns, adjustments, and usage by item, program catalog, product codes and several other selections. Many of the same reports can be used to provide information back to the corporate sponsor of the program catalog and suppress costing information from printing.
