The manufacturing add-on is a total manufacturer's software package which will maintain all features of the ProfitMaker® distributor package but establishes an entirely different Inventory, Order processing and Cost control focus. This focus is based on repeat sales of catalog items from stock or custom processed items with emphasis on recording the internal costs of the items. Emphasis has been aimed toward supporting shop floor execution and providing timely communications with customer service personnel.

- Cost Analysis of Standard versus Actual Costs
This will allow you to establish a pricing plan based on standard cost. Decisions about warehouse space, shift operations and ganged purchasing can be determined base on the analysis of standard vs. actual variances.
- Bill of Material Processor
Allows customization and re-configuration of a product's internal components, costs and processes during order entry and billing.
- Automated Production Processing
Automatic updating of inventory usage and post costs upon order entry, shipping, billing and invoicing.
- Shop Labor Analysis
Allows comparison of productive labor shipped with the product by the payroll allocation for the selected cost center. This special feature provides 80% of the benefits of a full blown order costing system with little or no day to day maintenance.
- Work Center Scheduling
Provides displays of labor backlog, allowing rescheduling and completion maintenance and printing of work center schedule reports.
- Material Scheduling
Interactive module that allows you to evaluate on hand inventory and optionally print pick lists and release orders to production.
